Bomb Burrito Bowl

Totally a go to Fit Foodie favorite of mine. Can be made vegetarian too!!

1/2 c or 1 yellow of brown rice (boil in a bag)
3/4 c or 1 red of of drained, rinsed black beans
1 tsp. Braggs Amino sauce soy
1/4 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
a pinch of cumin
a dash of chili powder
a dash of salt
1/4 tsp. of corriander
1 tbsp. hemp seeds
Cush’s organic homemade salsa (optional)
1 tsp. plain Greek yogurt (optional)
Shredded cheese (optional)
1lb ground turkey hamburger
Southwest seasoning
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp sea salt

Cook turkey hamburger on stovetop with Southwest Seasoning until thoroughly cooked. Boil rice until cooked thoroughly and set aside. Rinse and drain black beans, add extra virgin olive oil, Braggs, cumin, chili powder, salt, corriander and sauteé on stovetop until warm, 1-3minutes. Add bean mixture on top of rice, sprinkle with hemp seeds (you can’t even taste them and they are jam packed with protein) top with salsa, shredded cheese and Greek yogurt if desired! Enjoy!!
