It’s not about finishing the whole workout, it’s about pushing yourself to be better than you were yesterday and shredding to get the body you’ve always wanted!
Who Is Max:30 for?
If you enjoy a vicious cardio sweat, pushing yourself to the MAX and are looking to shred, sweat and swear for epic results, Max:30 is for you. There is a modifier in this workout if you cannot perform a move fully and again some is better than none. Just listen to your body tell you when you need to Max Out!
