What is T25?
T25 is where my fitness journey really began! I lost over 20+” and 30+lbs. rockin T25 along with my Shakeology, totally getting me over that plateau and maximizing my results! I love this heart pumping, heavy breathing cardio and core based workout . T25 is jam packed with a hour’s worth of results into just 25 minutes a day, 5 days a week! Who Is T25 For?
T25 is great for anyone looking to try something new, someone who wants a fun change in pace and wants to really focus, push hard and loves to get that killer cardio sweat on in just 25 minutes. There is a modifier throughout the entire program if you cannot complete a move fully. Again, doing some or 1 is better than none! Just listen to your body and do your best!
